室內設計師的首要任務，即是演繹大眾喜好，完成用戶對房子的夢想藍圖，整合多機能於一室，在有限的坪數中發揮最大空間效益。

此設計案以義式時尚現代的風格展現其空間品味，以中性灰色調為主軸，利用各式質材展現灰特有的沈穩、內斂印象，藉以實木、繃布、石材、玻璃、烤漆、藝術飾材等異材質相互交織堆疊，傢具及燈飾反映出屋主的獨特個性，致力營造出充滿藝術與人文的情境故事。

開門入戶，現代時尚的視覺感受浮現而出，四周以黑白灰所顯映的低調搭配，任以壁板及灰坡構築而成的線索自然流淌，通透流暢的空間調性無限延伸，擴展了既有空間的景深，縱使所使用的冰冷物件拼接於區域內，卻無法抵擋設計師細心營造的人文藝術情境，遂而成為如同故事的開端，空間的層次，走入由地坪與立面共融出的靜默色彩，猶如走進一片藝術的思想空地，冷熱相繼的質材在空間內激盪，留下予人留戀的淡淡餘韻。

質材上，採用歐瑞士護木漆於檯面皮板，它通過美國FDA、ASTM不含甲醛合格綠建材標章證書，地面鋪設則以通過SGS、CNS測驗合格的超耐磨地板，藉以多樣環保建材，響應當今的永續核心理念，取之自然，更回饋於自然。

以人的日常使用優先考量，屏除多餘的雕飾，以義式時尚導引出生動的視覺韻律，設計上利用創新、創意的力量建構永續。

The priority task for interior designers is the display the preference of the general public, to complete the blueprint of dream house for the user, to integrate multiple functions in one room, and to develop the maximum spatial efficacy within the limited area.

This design project demonstrates the spatial taste via Italian modern style, with a neutral grey tone as the main theme, utilizing various types of materials to present the unique dignified and conservative impressions of grey through mutual stacking of different materials, including solid wood, padded cover, stone, glass, spray paint and art decorative materials…etc., while the furniture and lighting fixture reflect the house owner’s unique personality, devoting to create a scenario story filled with art and culture. 

Upon entering, a modern and fashionable visual sensation comes into the sight, the surrounding is presented with low-profile black, white and grey colors, while the hints structured with wallboards and grey-slope are presented naturally, such that the open and smooth spatial tone is extended infinitely to expand the existing spatial depth. Although cold objects are applied to the area, the cultural and artistic scenario meticulously created by the designer is irresistible, which became the beginning of a story, the spatial layers lead to the tranquil colors creates mutually by the flooring and the elevation, as if entering an empty space with artistic thoughts; the cold and warm materials react within the space to leave people with a lasting faint sentiment.

As for the building materials, the ELOS exterior wood preservatives painted on the veneer countertop are certified by FDA and ASTM as the green building materials free from formaldehyde. The flooring with the feature of super abrasion resistance pass the tests from SGS and CNS. The application of diverse eco-friendly building materials is agreeable to the current concept of sustainability that advocates taken from nature and give back to nature.

Taking people’s daily usage as the priority concern and eliminating excessive decorations, the vivid visual rhythm is introduced via Italian fashion; innovative and creative power are utilized for the design to structure sustainability, while the application of green environment planning design creates the future generation that is constantly sustainable and environmental-friendly.
