屋主是一對勇於追求夢想的母女，從看到基地即對此一見鍾情，她們的夢想是想要打造一間充滿咖啡香的書屋，而這棟三層樓大空間恰巧與她們的夢想不謀而合。原屋況不錯，但三層樓的整修費用可觀，如何在費用有限的情況及與大坪數裝潢中能取得平衡，是設計師的挑戰。

共享書屋之夢為非營利目的，主要是期望吸引更多讀書同好共享空間與人生。屋主是宮崎駿迷，希望將宮崎駿電影場景裡的夢幻畫境搬入，將來規劃於空間中舉辦小型讀書會與宮崎駿迷聚會。

將屋況展現出極佳的空間感以慢活休閒的氛圍來打造作品。如放大前廳與前院邊界，以窗櫺格玻璃屋樣貌讓視野更為通透明亮，將庭院松木景攬入室，坐此觀景愜意氛圍。

一樓為商業空間以暖色系的實木多元造型賦予自然氣息，如實木樑、實木層板與落地實木檯面可放置高低不一物件。吧檯以實木拼接手法內嵌燈照明亮意境，家具皆實木材質，另有兩扇實木穀倉推門分別為廚房區與廁所區之門，地面以低彩度灰系木質整地鋪陳，營造一室的紓壓溫暖感受。

二樓為屋主的私領域空間，有開放式客廳以及泡茶的角落。三樓為臥房空間，在以湖水藍為房間底色的女兒房中，特別打造宛如天空之城般的貓屋，整個空間壁面與室頂皆有為貓咪打造的直向或迴旋通道、吊橋、階梯、與四種睡眠區域如半月型、睡袋型、貓箱，還有地面的貓櫃，櫃體門板鏤空處即為屋主貓咪的實體外型，相當具趣味性。

這是一棟充滿幸福洋溢的夢想日光書屋，在歡樂與溫馨中實現屋主的夢境。

The 3-floor house, for the mother and daughter ever dream off, is ideal for being their residence. The renovation costs to build a book house, however, were considerable. It was a big challenge for the designer to gratify the client’s decoration demands under the conditional budget.

Rather than making profits from the book house, the client wants to share a space with people who love reading. The client is a big fan of Hayao Miyazaki and expects to bring the movie scenes in the house accessible for fan club meetings.

To present a great residential environment, the designer advocates the design ideas based on the assuaging atmosphere, of which the broadened living room and front yard, and the lattice window conveying the great landscape scenery in the house create the pleasant life style.

The first floor, for commerce space, the warm-color solid woods made for the beams, laminates, and floor cabinets generate natural atmosphere. The bar area, furnished with the spliced solid woods and recessed illuminations, exhibits luminous style. That the barn doors for the toilet and kitchen, and the wooden floors display the stress-relief perception as well.

The second floor, for family space, has the living room tea area. The bedrooms are on the third floor. In the girl’s room painted in lake blue, the space for cats is specifically decorated with the pathway, bridge and stairs. The cats have four options to sleep on, including the half moon, sleeping bag, cat box and floor cabinet, of which the cabinet door in cat silhouette is quite intriguing.

This is the book house full of pleasure, and the sweet place making dreams come true.
