地處中華腹地鄭州,位於老城區內,是“一心兩翼”規劃中中心城區西部核心區。項目所在位置是東西向交通咽喉之地,交通便利,生活配套設施完善,周邊環境良好。
本案為舊城改造商業住宅項目,由商業、公寓和高層區組成, 在項目開放時作為銷售中心,用於展示、接待和辦公。
設計主體為南北兩棟現代簡約建築,在建築空間佈置上擯棄繁瑣傳承禮序,繼承東方院落的形式感,“禮”文化與建築的結合,使得古都千年的國都文化在空間上體現得絲絲入扣,有禮有序,營造出韻律深沉、大方雍容的尊貴體驗。
南北兩棟建築根據不同的功能劃分了不同的區域,南棟設有品牌展示、沙盤展示、洽談區及辦公區域,北棟則主要為樣板展示空間、閱讀區及各類文創產品展示區。設計師將“禮樂文化”的精粹縮影融入其中,以富有藝術感染力的形式來傳達對空間的理解。提煉大自然山澗中的潺潺溪水元素,將其線條運用到空間當中,牆面線條婉轉優美,呈現一派盡情暢快的自由,溪水從牆面山澗一直流到牆腳下,趟過地面與中庭的水景相融,同時也與庭院中的水景內外呼應。在空間中體現出不求嚴格對稱、無明顯的主次之分,將空間以半穿透形式呈現,來訪者可以通過設計的部分開口看到後面的空間,增加未知空間的神秘感,吸引來訪者導著中原文明的軌跡,延其脈絡,一步步地進行探索。
同時空間還採用交錯、移位的手法使空間呈現半穿透的狀態,糅合傳統與現代之美,在延伸空間感的同時,也增加空間的趣味性,營造出質感與變幻的空間體驗,驅使來訪者通過“覓”進行空間內部探索,進入到園林設計中的一步一景,似在山間也在雲中,不是大天地,點滴都有小意趣,這些看似靜止的元素,恰似表達了一種圓融動態的美。
“以禮相待,琴瑟樂之”,世間一切的秩序規則、進退動靜的平衡,是我們習以為常的存在,讓人感到踏實,既在生長,又穩定不變。在身處的世界裡,讓我們回歸初心,像宇宙一樣,安靜而有力量。
Zhengzhou Mingyue House, located in the heart of China–Zhengzhou, is located in the old city. It is in west of the core area of the center of the city in the“One Heart and Two Wings”Plan. The location of the project is at the center of the east-west road, which has convenient transportation, complete living facilities and good surrounding environment.
This case is a project to reconstruct a commercial residential project in the old city. It consists of commercial buildings, apartment buildings and high-rise areas. When the project is opened, it serves as a sales center for display, reception and office work.
The main body of the design is two modern and simple buildings in the north and the south. The layout of the building space is abandoning the cumbersome order of inheritance. It inherits the sense of form of the oriental courtyard. The combination of“ritual”culture and architecture makes the culture of ancient capital is embodied in the space. It orderly creates a distinguished experience with deep rhythm and generous grace.
The two buildings in the north and south have been divided into different regions according to different functions. The building in the south has brand exhibition area, display area, negotiating area and office area. The North Building is mainly for model spaces, reading areas and various cultural and creative product display areas. The designer incorporates the quintessence of the “culture of rituals and music” and conveys the understanding of space in the form of artistic appeal. It extracts the elements of streams in the mountains of nature and applies the lines to the space. The lines of the walls are beautiful and graceful, showing the lively freedom. The stream flows from the wall to the foot of the wall, passing through the ground and mixing with the waterscape of the atrium. It also echoes inside and outside with the waterscape in the courtyard. In the space, it shows that it does not seek strict symmetry and inconspicuous primary and secondary points. It presents the space in semi-penetrating form. Visitors can see the space behind the design through some openings, increasing the mystery of the unknown space and attracting visitors to explore it step by step. At the same time, the space also uses a staggered, shifting approach to make the space appear semi-penetrating, blending the beauty of tradition and modernity, while expanding the sense of space, but also makes the space more interesting, creating a space experience of texture and change, driving visits to explore of interior space through “seeking”.
When entering the“one step one landscape” design, it is as if in the mountains and clouds. It is not a big world, but everything has its interest. These seemingly static elements are just like expressing some kind of harmonious and dynamic beauty.
“Be polite and treat each other with pleasure,” and all the world’s rules of order, the balance between advance and retreat are commonplace for us. People feel pragmatic, both in growth and stable. Let us insist our originality and be as quiet and powerful as the universe in the world we live in.
