欣磐石設計－羅仕哲

被三棟高樓圍裹著的建築事務所辦公室，是典型台灣長型街屋建築，設計師利用以退為進的手法，讓前庭、後院退縮，於是室內、戶外，有了緩衝空間，即便豔陽高照或陰雨天，都能在如日式傳統建築簷廊的戶外透透氣。前庭向內退縮，利用黑色立面，將同棟大樓出入口與車庫入口納入，讓空間橫向延伸，透光的玻璃盒子，標示出辦公室所在之處。

動線、格局
利用雙面使用，局部穿透的收納、展示櫃體，打造客戶與員工出入互不干擾的雙動線。透過架高地坪，將衛浴、茶水間管線隱藏於其下。辦公室入門處大型桌面，為廠商洽談區，下方抽屜及後方黑、白對比的櫃體，則規畫為建材樣品收納櫃 。客戶洽談區設於緊鄰後院的區塊，穿越長廊後，以低背沙發迎賓，隨時可以欣賞戶外樹景，當投影螢幕放下，則又如同家庭劇院般舒適，讓客戶洽談時，有賓至如歸的輕鬆自在。

材質
在材質的運用上，除了工業感的水泥粉光，現代設計的鐵件、玻璃，天花板則使用台灣原生種檜木漂流木，走道牆面利用黃洞石裝修剩料切割，以交丁貼的方式展現材質肌理，衛浴空間以石材馬賽克拼貼，充分落實自然、環保的永續利用理念。

傢具、色彩
辦公區以中性色調的水泥粉光牆，搭配混凝土澆灌，在實木檯面間預留管線溝縫的獨一無二辦公桌，以及橘黑對比的辦公椅，加上綠、黑交錯，白色收邊的收納層板點綴，展現設計者在傢具與配色上的巧妙。

植栽、燈光
工業用的水銀燈，刻意噴黑，用細細的鋼絲懸吊，作為辦公區主要照明，水泥粉光牆體則設計L型燈帶，讓量體變輕盈，充分展現工業風的設計美感。後院一株單子蒲桃樹，是空間中的亮點，透過投射燈將樹影映照於高樓水泥牆上，展現趣味的光影效果，讓人與環境，透過設計，自然對話。

SPACE
Wrapped by three tall buildings, the office of the architectural firm is a typical Taiwanese long street building. The designer uses the technique of retreating in order to advance, letting the front and the backyard retreat, and in result the indoor and outdoor buffer space is produced. No matter it is a day of bright sunlight or of rain, you can always take a breath outside in the front like a traditional Japanese cave’s gallery. The front is retreated inward, and the black façade is used to combine the entrances of the office, building, and garage. The space extends horizontally, and the light transparent glass box marks the place of the office.

MOVING LINES & PATTERN
Use two-sided and partially see-through shelves and display cabinets to create double moving lines, clients and the staff won’t interfere with each other while coming in and going out. The pipelines of restroom and tea room are hidden beneath the elevated floor. The large desktop in the introduction to the office is the discussion area for subcontractors. The drawers below and the rear black and white cabinets are planned to store samples of building materials.The discussion area for clients is located next to the area of back yard. Walking through the long corridor, guests are welcome with the low-backed sofa. They can enjoy the outdoor tree view at any time. When the projection screen is laid down, this place is as cozy as a home theater to make clients feel at home and at ease in discussion. 

MATERIALS
In addition to industrial cement polishing, iron and glass is modern design. The ceiling is driftwood of Taiwan’s native cypress. The left materials of yellow travertines are cut to use on the wall of walkway, the method of stagger and collage reveals the material texture. The bathroom is the collage of stone mosaic. The use of materials fully implement the concept of sustainable use of nature and environmental protection.

FURNITURES&COLOURS
In the office area, cement polishing with concrete casting makes the tone of the wall neutral. Reserved line trenches between desktops of solid wood make the office desks exclusively unique. And the contrast of orange- and- black office chairs, adding the ornament of green and black storage layer boards with white margin lines, show the ingenuity of the designer on furnitures and colour matching.  

PLANTING & LIGHTING
The main lighting in the office area is industrial mercury lamps. They are deliberately sprayed- black and suspended with thin steel wires. L-type strip light on the cement polishing wall makes the measure body lightsome, fully revealing the design aesthetic feeling of industrial wind. The Pitanga tree in the back yard is a highlight in space. Through the projection lamp, the shadow of the tree reflects on the concrete wall of building, producing interesting effect of light and shadow. People and the environment naturally start a dialogue through design.
