在繁忙與喧囂的鋼筋叢林中，拾得一處寧靜的桃源宅居，是當代都市人嚮往的生活方式。我們要打造的是具有東方審美，又能滿足現代生活的需求的展示空間。 
這種淡薄閒適，處事曠達之姿，對山水自然的體悟，是中國歷來文人雅士追求的理想境界，這種超脫於物和時空的情感表達，也是中國人骨子裡對詩意和雅致的理解。回歸東方的理念，根植於中國人骨子裡的文化去做抽象提煉，讓空間凸顯出人文情懷，同時還能適應現代人對舒適和美觀的追求。
本案以現代東方為基調，以東方的意境之美，與現代的意趣特質彰顯待客空間的儀式感，用新中式傢具和專屬訂制而成的燈飾和裝飾構件闡釋當代空間語匯，整體呈現出東方的典雅，與當代時尚生活交織的空間氛圍，為居者帶來心向桃源，返璞歸真的雅致體驗。
設計思路以「桃花源記」的故事主線，引導著空間的參觀動線，「歡迎」、「會客」、「宴請」、「靜心」的空間以場景化的語言描摹了一個個嚮往中的生活畫面。空間設計手法上，以大面積的留白與傳統的水墨印象，形成過渡與漸變的層次，古典雅意與現代材質一起頭腦風暴，東方新花藝美學的點睛之筆，讓整個空間激蕩出行雲流水般的現代詩畫書卷。

In the hustle and bustle city, living in a serene fantasy world is everyone living in a city ever dreamed of. What we want is to build a residential sale center concurrently showing oriental aesthetics and satisfying needs of contemporary life, such a plain and open-minded spirit showing the comprehension to natural landscapes exemplifies an ideal state that entire literati in Chinese culture have pursued. The expression of emotion transcending objects and time is the Chinese’s understanding of poetry and elegant as well. The idea turning back to the oriental roots in Chinese culture proceeding to abstract refinement rooted in Chinese culture. The space brings out the affection of humanity and is adaptive to contemporary people’s pursuit of comfortability and glamour.
Given the undertone of modern oriental, the design project accentuates the sense of ritual in the reception space with the oriental conceptual beauty and the contemporary charm. The contemporary space is decorated with new Chinese-style furniture, customized lighting fixtures, and decorative ornaments. The overall oriental elegance and the atmosphere of modern life create a dreamland of heart for residents who therefore have the graceful experience of returning to innocence.
The design idea based on the storyline “Peach Blossom Spring” delineates the visitor routes in the building, in which the spaces of “welcome,” “guest reception,” “banquet,” and “meditation” depict a series of desired pictures of life with the language of scene. 
As to the design skills of space, the massive area of blank space and the traditional Chinese paintings artistically develop the transitional and progressive layers. The classical elegance and modern materials altogether give forth a brainstorm. The finishing touch of the oriental new floral aesthetics carries out the modern artistry as fascinating as flowing clouds and verdant landscapes.
