上境設計－許富居

以東方合院意象為設計原型，以借景、虛實、疏密及象徵等設計手法，將都會空間轉換為現代人回歸雅士生活的寄託場域，為都市深處裡一處清雅悠然、回歸詩意的家屋生活。

基地三側臨路造成人行及車行快速川流的狀況，透過視覺的適當遮蔽與導引，搭配錯落的景觀點與植物色彩搭配，讓行走過程略有蜿蜒卻不覺無趣。其中南側為店舖入口區以洗鍊且沉穩的灰黑色系地坪做場域的基質，以黃花風鈴木、矮仙丹及金露花，營造出繽紛自然色彩，溫潤了店鋪前庭的時尚感受，營造出優雅、沉穩的高質感調性的街區質感。

西側臨路側建築量體則為友善都會空間採大面積退縮開放空間配置，因此在景觀設計上，導入線性綠色人行步道，分別植入寓意著頑強生命力、長壽吉祥的樟樹，象徵鬱鬱蔥蔥、堅忍不拔的羅漢松，象徵崇高美好、富貴吉祥的桂花為端景，並以綠意盎然的灌木，以律動曲線的姿態分布於底層，讓行者在這充滿綠色氛圍的場域中，感受到獨特清新的自然香氣。北側臨路處則採以黃花風鈴木及樟樹之雙層列植方式，設置觀景水景為前景，象徵窗花意象的造型欄杆圍籬為背景，營造出林蔭步道區的愜意生活休憩場域與空間的廣度。

隨著線性動線引道，來到北側社區入口區，印入眼簾的寂靜無邊際迎賓池，更是意味著合院家屋裡半月池(泮池)的象徵，有著高中科甲入泮為官的隱喻，而池上點綴的極簡景石，寂靜倒映於池上，輔以奢華內斂的入口玄關鋪面，創造出場域的現代詩意廣度與豐富度。步出入口門廳外的內庭觀賞水景區，是虛實相生的完美鑲嵌的設計手法，運用靜謐水景與穿越水景而過的步道所構成的靜態休憩中庭，而充滿線性張力的走道兩側植以象徵吉祥、長春不老的光臘樹，強化了走道盡頭的藝術景牆所構成的端景，而側邊水景池的框景牆，以鬱鬱蒼蒼的羅漢松為背景，間接加強了層次與景深，勾勒出猶如意境綿延的精美畫卷，構築出靜謐空間的靜態的生命美感與張力。

中庭景觀區則以小見大，曲徑通幽的園林設計手法營造，利用曲徑巧妙在有限空間哩，延長了步行賞景的距離，而泳池區則利用意象轉換的設計手法，以池底的圈圈漣漪，結合天花反射的水波蕩漾圖紋，讓水面呈現出波光旖旎的柔美曲線條，營造出猶如水蕩漾兮碧色、柔和寬闊的的悠閒意境，讓這個場域除提供舒適的運動機能外，亦是充滿生命活力的熱鬧美學場域。

本案巧妙以佈設觀景動線，將文化意趣融入到景觀庭院，完美鑲嵌於生活場域中，勾勒出高質感的豐富底蘊，讓「品味家屋」的感度也可以蘊含游於藝的雋永東方人文意境與精神。

Realm of Eastern Literati

Applying the spirit of oriental Siheyuan/ Sanheyuan as the archetype of the project, the designer adopts design techniques commonly seen in oriental architectures, such as borrowed scenery, interlace of virtual and reality, manipulation of density, and symbolism. These effects transformed the site into the locus of a peaceful and refined lifestyle, where people can rest and enjoy the poetic atmosphere. The linear pathway leads toward the north entrance of the site, where the ‘Panchi’ welcomes the guests. ‘Panchi’ is a form of pool from ancient times, which carries the blessing to perform exceptionally in exams and public sectors. The scenic stones with minimalist decoration create reflection on the surface of the pool.

Walking past the entrance hall to the atrium, the visitors experience an immaculate inlaid of virtual and reality. The waterscape and the waterfront trail constitute a tranquil resting area. Fraxinus griffithii, which symbolise auspiciousness and longevity, are planted on the path, creating linear tension and enhancing the vista’s impression as people walk along the poolside. Podocarpus macrophyllus planted alongside the trail brought in new dimensional for visual depth, outlining a profound and exquisite image composed of the static beauty of life and the tension of tranquillity.

The west part of the site presents an ample open space between the retreated building line and the road. This resulted in a linear sidewalk with various trees planted alongside. Cinnamomum camphora symbolised tenacious vitality, longevity and auspiciousness; Podocarpus macrophyllus meant prosperity and perseverance; Osmanthus fragrant denoting sublimity, beauty, wealth and auspiciousness. Green bushes are arranged in rhythmic curves, demonstrating a dynamic visual effect to those who walk by.

In the main garden, visitors can observe how the design elements resonate with the larger plan. By providing alternative paths that shuttle through the garden, the journey through the garden is extended, prolonging the experience and increasing the level of interest.

The design of the swimming area utilized the technique of imagery transformation. The ripple on the surface creates reflections on the ceiling and the bottom of the pool. Gentle curves of blue ripple create a spacious and leisure ambience of water and light. This is not only a comfortable place for sports but also an artistic field full of vitality.

The dynamic pathway cleverly portraits the aesthetics of oriental landscape and embeds it into everyday life, emphasizing the quality of life and its richness, demonstrating that even at home, we can experience the everlasting spirit of oriental humanistic that is deeply embedded into and influenced our life.
