此案藉以現代混搭風演繹空間，舊屋翻新的規劃，為老宅注入新的生命色彩。

甫入室內，映入眼簾即是現代感十足的沙發背牆，運用線條燈展現出時尚的科技感，搭佐天花的造型吊燈與木皮地坪，層次豐富且韻味濃烈，置身於此便是一次又一次的享受。

餐廳區域藉以鐵件拉門區隔出客廳與廚房區域，一側復古工業感的紅磚牆面與鐵件吊櫃相互搭佐，獨特且精緻的美感氛圍，為每天的用餐時光增加溫度與質感。往裡側走去，不同其他空間的復古工業感，廚房以簡約白設計，洗手台上方用鮮豔的紅色點綴，為自己的廚房添一抹紅，讓純淨的白色廚房有了新亮點。

畫面移轉至廊道，利用格柵設計，在光影深淺的變化下展露出山巒遠眺的景色，堆疊綿延的木作稜線，細緻如霧的燈光設計，宛如穿梭在山林之間，感受靜謐與寧靜。值得一提，更預留老年生活所需的氣動梭天井，先以圓形鐵件跟線燈設計出貫穿全棟的空間通道，連貫家人生活情感的一隅。

進入私領域，明亮舒適的雙人臥室，電視櫃與床頭使用銀色線板設計，呈現出獨特的美式風格，清新的天藍色電視牆、典雅的香檳金床頭，舒適愜意的色彩讓人得以舒緩心境。再者，衛浴空間以灰色調石紋設計搭佐六角花磚，冷色調的沐浴空間營造出別緻的視覺感。暖色調的大理石淋浴間，搭配木質色系的葉片花磚作為點綴堆疊美感。

和諧地表現空間與人的關係，在咀嚼慢嚥的過程中，重獲一份寧靜與美好時光。

This is a renovation project in mix and match styles, which injects new life into the old house.

Modern wall behind the sofa comes into one’s sight when entering the room. Strip lights are installed to reveal a sense of science and technology. Matched with the creative chandelier and veneer floor, a space with rich layers and charm is created and it is an endless enjoyment to stay there.

The iron framed sliding door separates the living room and kitchen. The industrial red brick wall and the iron wall shelf complement each other, creating a unique and exquisite atmosphere, adding temperature and texture to daily dining time. Go inside to the kitchen, different from vintage industrial style of other space, the color white is applied, decorating with a touch of bright red above the sink, bringing a highlight to the pure white kitchen.

As for hallway, it is designed with grille which presents a mountain view through the changes of light and shadow, as if walking in the forest, feeling the tranquility and peace. What’s worth mentioning is that an impluvium is reserved for pneumatic vacuum elevator installation in the old age. Round iron pieces and strip lines are applied to connect the whole space, as well as the life and emotions of the family.

Step into the private area to the bright and cozy twin bedroom, silver cornice is applied in the TV cabinet and headboard, presenting a unique American style. Fresh sky-blue TV wall, elegant Champaign gold headboard, the comfortable colors applied make people relaxed. In addition, grey tiles are applied in the bathroom, embellishing with hexagonal tiles, creating a unique visual sense in the cool toned space. As for the warm toned marble shower room, it’s decorated with leave tiles to shown to beauty in layers.

The relation between people and space is bonding harmoniously. One can regain the tranquility and a wonderful moment in the space.
