上境設計－許富居

此案主旨期望塑造一個全人生活的健康自然共生環境。以「軸線、留白、層次」為整體布局，刻意留白的小空間串聯成一完整的景觀休憩場域；並巧以自然的綠色墨韻層次，簡潔的幾何線條造型及融匯的層次堆疊交織，將空間演繹為虛實相濟的東方書畫美學意象。

前庭是友善退縮的開放空間，為構出溫潤的景觀場域，適當浥注綠色自然景觀元素及光影錯落，運用多層次渲染的設計手法讓綠地一片的色調層次變化豐富，以充滿趣意的公共藝術，結合「睦森林」樸實簡約的案名景牆，及細緻而又層次分明的綠映，巧妙突顯出場域裡簡約自然的樸質美學。

前庭綠草如茵的綠地，兩側挹注錯落著曲水小橋，花木扶疏及綠樹成蔭，與入口門廳前具調節氣溫及象徵泮池的寧靜水域，天色倒映，相映成趣，簡練的勾勒出文人藝術的愜意意境。而軸線延伸出的入口迎賓道，兩旁座落著有如展臂迎賓般的迎客松(五葉松)、綠意盎然的樟樹與小葉欖仁及樹姿筆直高挺的落羽松，圍塑出微風松高的東方氣蘊，更體現出住戶優雅姿態的雍容大度。後院則以簡約線型張力的游泳池結合緬梔與櫻花等四季變換豐富的綠樹，展現出別有一番風情的浪漫南國風情。

空間留一點空白，以窗為框，以景為畫的東方園林設計手法，挹注自然綠景，讓光影展演，讓陽光自然灑落，讓綠景由室外延伸演繹至室內，構築一幅幅不同景觀視覺的綠色饗宴，讓居所應當沉浸於季節風景的幻化，是蘊底人文藝術的典藏。

本社區期望能提供給不同年齡、不同生活型態的住戶，都擁有個人健康的人生。不用離開社區，就可以打球、游泳，孩童可以玩遊戲，想放空時可以散步，輕鬆的欣賞自然親近綠意，居民隨時觀察溪流水生生物及溪邊植物，庭園就是最好的生物教室。幼小的孩子，可以在兒童遊戲場裡面，在家人的陪伴下開心的玩耍。不同的年齡層有他不一樣的體能以及心理認知上面的需求，設計的結果，預期能提供給住戶心理上跟體能上所需要的鍛鍊以及休閒上所需要的空間，以使未來帶入更多自然動植物生態綠意，創造人與自然生活的教室，使社區傳遞永續自然的教育觀念。 

This project aims to create a mutualistic interaction for people and nature. The overall layout focuses on three elements: axes, blank space, and layers. The deliberately left blank small spaces connect and become a complete scenic recreation site. Different layers of green and concise geometric lines stacking and interweaving fuse into a harmonious unity, where the aesthetic of eastern brush painting and calligraphy is presented.  

   
The front yard is an open area. To build a gentle landscape field, the design team brings greenery elements in and plays with light and shadow, with design technique such as multilayer rendering to create a rich, various green filed. Through the seamless combination of the playful public art installation and simple wall with the project name “Harmonious Forest” imprinted, alongside the rich, delicate greenery, the beauty of simplicity among the space is highlighted.

The green grass on the front yard, the small bridge and flowing stream, the blooming flowers and trees, and the calming pond at the gate that helps moderate the temperature all together constitute a rustic picture, just like a banquet of literati in ancient China. On the sides of the welcoming trail extending along the axis stand a row of Taiwan pines, camphor trees, madagascar almonds and bald cypresses, spreading their branches like a welcoming host.

The trees not only stand for the virtue of uprightness in traditional Chinese culture but also show grace and generosity of the residents. In the backyard is a streamlining swimming pool with minimalistic design and trees grows with the season like frangipanis and sakura trees, adding a floral flare of romance into the project.

The design team applies a traditional Chinese garden design philosophy, by using the window as a frame, the view outstand becomes a painting of nature, and in different season comes a different view. The blank space lets the light and shadow have their moment and brings the greenery outside in. To live is to conformity with nature, and with a residence changes with time, the residents can live in comfort and ease. This project as a community is designed for people at different ages or with various lifestyles to live a healthy life. Without leaving the community, residents can play ball games, swim, or even just talk a walk and enjoy the nature. With aquatic animals and plants in the stream, the garden is the best biology classroom for children. Younger kids can have fun in the kids’ playground and play under the care of their family. The physical and mental needs vary to people at different ages, the team aims to fulfill theses needs via designs while bringing in more bits of nature and the idea of sustainability to create a realm where people can live harmoniously with each other, and more importantly, with nature.
