面對半退休生活，你想怎麼安排剩下的人生？

此案為舊宅翻修，予以新生命，重新安排室內格局與功能，並將屋頂規劃成有機菜圃，賦予其新的意義、有效降低空間熱度、提高生活的精采度，其農作物自給自足外，亦能分享給親友，符合了後疫情時代新興的城市農場概念，促進人與人之間的情感交流。

此設計案，位於大樓頂樓，夏季屋內炎熱不宜久留，原室內空間有一道清水模牆面，經時光流逝且當時施工技術不佳，表面毀損髒污，但卻存有屋主多年生活回憶，為將這份珍貴回憶保存下去，團隊先打磨牆面去除發霉及髒汙，以新科技塗料恢復其嶄新質感，更守護了屋主的珍貴回憶。再者，屋頂層新鋪一層隔熱材質阻斷太陽熱氣，頂樓大片落地窗外花架增加部分玻璃不讓陽光直射。客廳落地斜窗則採用LOW-E玻璃，在納入陽光的同時，可以有效降低陽光照射溫度及紫外線傷害，全室窗簾選用隔熱效果強的蜂巢簾，其空氣層可以有效阻隔熱氣。 

風格上，為將原本昏暗的色調轉換為屋主期盼的明亮色調，以家具的木材色做為主軸，通過嚴格打樣控制所有裝修木材與木地板材質，最終讓室內整體色調和諧一致。選材上，對建築外牆不做更動，採用LOW-E低輻射玻璃，降低陽光的輻射升溫，透過屋頂覆土的方式創造有效隔熱材質，傢飾選材則利用蜂巢簾創造保溫空氣層，降低室內溫度，窗簾可以上下調整，在阻隔熱氣跟維護隱私外，還能保持空氣流通，降低空調的使用頻率，減少能源耗損。

本案透過對既有的回憶元素的保留修復，重新賦予其新的生命週期，讓生活的體驗有了新的延續性，同時與外在自然環境達成和諧的關係，改善其居住品質，讓下一個階段的居住活動，有了永續及再拓展的機會跟可能性。

This design project is located on the top floor of the building. It is not suitable to stay in the house for a long time in the summer heat. The original indoor space has a clear water mold wall. After time passed and the construction technology was not good at that time, the surface was damaged and dirty, but there are memories of the owner’s life for many years. In order to preserve this precious memory, the team first polished the wall to remove mold and dirt, and restored its new texture with new technology paint, which also protected the precious memories of the homeowner. In addition, a new layer of insulation material is placed on the roof to block the heat from the sun, and some glass is added to the flower frame outside the large floor-to-ceiling windows on the top floor to prevent direct sunlight. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room use LOW-E glass, which can effectively reduce sunlight temperature and UV damage while incorporating sunlight. The curtains of the whole room use honeycomb curtains with strong heat insulation effect, and the air layer can effectively block heat insulation.

In terms of style, in order to convert the originally dim color to the bright color that the owner expects, the wood color of the furniture is used as the main axis, and all the decoration wood and wood floor materials are controlled through strict proofing, and finally the overall color of the interior is harmonious and consistent. In the selection of materials, the exterior wall of the building is not changed. LOW-E low-e glass is used to reduce the temperature of sunlight.

The roof is covered with soil to create effective heat insulation materials. The furniture selection uses honeycomb curtains to create an insulating air layer and reduce the indoor temperature. The temperature and curtains can be adjusted up and down. In addition to blocking the insulation and maintaining privacy, it can also maintain air circulation, reduce the frequency of air conditioning, and reduce energy consumption. Through the preservation and restoration of the existing memory elements, this case re-endows it with a new life cycle, so that the experience of life has a new continuity, and at the same time, it achieves a harmonious relationship with the external natural environment, improves its living quality, and allows the next There are opportunities and possibilities for sustainability and further expansion in the residential activities at this stage.
