里摩設計 – 謝雅蓉

此設計為業主Light worker創造健身運動結合時尚空間，以綠茵暖陽的自然草木為靈感意象，將戶外運動的舒暢、室外體育場的寬廣帶進室內為概念設計。

健身房的主縱軸跑道，貫穿主訓練區、拳擊訓練區與重量訓練三區，與曲線接待台結合呈現，兼具動線指引與訓練場地。弧線直行的綠色草皮跑道以半交錯穿透的木隔板分隔出訓練空間，提升視覺通透，也自然呼應草木意象，激盪出運動的熱情。

將建築外觀的流暢線條與燈光變化帶入室內。大量自然光引進，配上藍紫色的燈光，隱喻天空與能量，激發室內運動者的熱情。地板質地與色塊之選用搭配，將不同功能的空間劃分。在開闊穿透的空間創造出富有動感的氣氛，更讓時尚與實用兼具。

三個主要訓練區以大面落地窗引進自然光，搭配天花板、訓練室的LED燈光使用，減少能源使用。搭配同為通道跟訓練跑道的空間，多重功能使用，讓空間與能源之使用效率提升。

打破室內健身房的積陳乏味的印象，首將視覺性與實用性融合，以跑道為設計主軸，貫穿空間、引領運動熱情、融入健身需求，為空間帶來精緻優雅的品味。

The designer creates a workout space integrating with a modern fashion taste for the owner Light Worker. Taking green grass and warm sunlight as inspiration, the design of the gym embodies the pleasant feelings and spacious perception while exercising outdoors.

The main running track made of green grass color goes through three sections of the gym: main training section, boxing section, and weight training section. The curved line design is presented with the oval counter, both functioning as a guide of flow as well as a training space. The semi-transparent wooden lattice divides the training area from the track, enhancing a transparent and spacious perception.The design thus echoes images of nature, motivating people’s enthusiasm for exercise.

The designer introduces the architecture’s smooth outline and changes of lighting into the interior design. A great amount of natural light with blue-purple lighting design, symbolizing sky and energy that uplift enthusiasm of the people who work out there. Different combinations of floor texture and color blocks help divide different functional spaces. The designer not only creates a lively atmosphere in the spacious and transparent space but also integrates fashion and functions in one.

Three main training sections with big-sized floor-to-ceiling windows allow a great amount of natural light to come in. With the application of LED lights, energy use is reduced. A multi-functional workout space, including the main hallway as a training area, helps enhance usage efficiency of the space and electricity.

Breaking the common impression of an indoor gym, the designer integrates visual effect with practicality. The running track that goes through sections, invites people, functions as a training area, works as the main concept of the space, contributing to a unique and elegant taste.
