在歷史與現代的輝映之下,嬌和的時尚繁華、格調意蘊、生活理念和美學價值都已經成為一種昇華。在設計上夾雜文化及藝術,滿足人的感官,用細節給予前來的賓客完美的感官體驗。穿過金色框架玻璃門進入餐廳,圓弧的造形將開啓一個圓滿的響宴,波爾多紅的牆面是設計師特別設定的嬌和標準色,交匯出動人心魄的時髦。間伴有藝術家作品為點綴,在「嬌」區的近門處有代表女性柔美的女像,仰頭微蹶唇歡迎著賓客預備親吻美食的歡愉。另外「和」區仰頭承載冰露的男像,代表嬌和吸收一切的精華,讓人們進來嬌和的世界,所有美好的感官全然分享併發。錯落游灕的美麗鬥魚意味著嬌和精神。嬌和不僅展現了柔美亦不乏力量的鋪陳,將愉悅的故事及最好的食材呈現,讓人感受到美好的歷程而流連忘返。
設計思路明確,工程安排的精準度,節點事前規畫以及設計師對於材料的熟悉感,更考驗設計師的工程與設計經驗。
除去設計,要成為一位優秀設計師更要熟悉工程步驟並合理安排,熟悉運用各項裝飾材料,猶如米其林廚師之於食材的講究及烹飪手法、出菜的裝飾,種種因素及細節都是成為優秀設計師的唯一解答。
Wonderfulness is the faith of life, and this is the principle of Chiao-Ho.
Under the reflection of history and contemporary, Chiao-Ho’s fashionable prosperity, style content, life principles and aesthetic values all became a type of sublimation. Culture and art are included in the design to satisfy people’s sensations, using details to offer visiting guests an ideal sensational experience.
Passing through the glass door with the golden frame to enter the restaurant, the arc-shape will lead to a successful feast; the Bordeaux red walls are the standardized colors for Chiao-Ho specially assigned by the designer, offering a heart-moving fashion. With the decoration of works from artists, the “Chiao” section by the entrance features a female statue resembling soft feminism, welcoming the guests with the head held up slightly and pursed-lips, demonstrating the delight of getting ready to kiss the delicacies. Moreover, the male statue by the “Ho” section carrying ice dew with the head held up slightly represents that Chiao-Ho absorbs the quintessence of everything, allowing people visiting the world of Chiao-Ho to share completely all the wonderful sensations. The scattered beautiful betta fish imply the spirit of Chiao-Ho.
Chiao-Ho not only demonstrated the soft but powerful arrangement to present pleasant stories and the best food ingredients, allowing people to feel the wonderful journey and indulge in the pleasures.
The clear design thoughts, the accuracy of the engineering arrangement, the pre-planning of the nodes and the designer’s familiarity towards materials further challenge the designer’s engineering and design experiences.
Leaving design alone, to become an outstanding designer, one must further be familiar with the engineering steps with rational arrangement, and be familiar with the application of all types of decorative materials, just like how a Michelin chef is particular about food ingredients, culinary skills and plate decorations, as the various factors with details are the only solution to become an outstanding designer.
