本案的地址位於濟南，開闊遼遠，端莊深厚而又意味深長便是意境的基調。師法於中國繪畫中，簡約的最高境界就是藝術媒介中虛實的運用達到辨證的觀點，從而達到藝術作品中所蘊含的精神。筆墨與空白共同進行了藝術的創造，各具獨有的特點，又不可替代。藉由兩者的平衡和取捨、製造出空靈且靜逸高雅的意境。 作為樣板的建築，外觀為線條簡潔俊朗的現代風格，室內的設計希望在此風格的基礎上再尋找到一種更有衝擊力的時尚。

優美的方向，我們並沒有刻意的採納濟南及現代東方的一些傳統元素，而更多的是將濟南及現代東方帶給人們心靈的感受做進空間的各個角落，濟南的溫厚敦實、現代東方的流線型線條及對稱簡潔的幾何構圖，將傳統元素重構，形成符合當代審美的空間構造與色彩，運用多種材質的搭配，光與影的參與猶如音樂中最華麗的篇章，直抵內心。

接待大廳主立面的“門”造型，現代東方比例的把控，細膩溫潤的石材與有質感機理的防火板結合，在光與影的結合中更好的展示東方典雅溫潤、莊重雄偉的感受。空間窗簾採用天然的竹簾，優雅細膩又不失大自然的肌理與質感。在這種經典的裝飾風格所蘊含的超凡意境中，顧客於接觸銷售的瞬間，他的某種感受便被喚醒，繼而流連忘返。

The building, located in Jinan, is designed on the basis of the broad, elegant and profound style. The highest realm of simplicity, inspired from the Chinese painting, is to achieve the dialectical standpoint by applying the elements of void and reality in the art medium that attain the spirit implied from the artwork. The writing brush, ink and void reciprocally create the art, each of them is unique and irreplaceable. By means of balancing and trading off among them, the void and graceful conceptual image is therefore invented.

The architecture, as a model, has the exterior appearance with plain contemporary style, based on which a more impactful fashion is discovered in the interior design. In the elegant direction, we did not deliberately accept some traditional elements from Jinan and contemporary oriental, but implant more spirutal senses from Jinan and contemporary oriental ubiquitously in the building. Jinan’s decency, contemporary oriental sleek lines and symmetrically simple geometrical compositions reorganize the traditional elemnts and consequently establish the proper modern aesthetic space structures and colors. With the consolidations of diverse materials, the presence of lights and shades artistically resemble the most magnificent and profound chapter in music.

The “door” façade in the hall, the control of the contemporary oriental scale, and the combination of the delicate stones and exquisite fireproof boards better exhibit the mood of the oriental elegance and magnificence in the synthesis of lights and shades. The curtains are made of the natural bamboos exposing the graceful and natural qualities. The customers, staying in this extraordinary classic decoration style, are attentively awakend at the moment of sales, and who are then lingering.
