The design of this project fully embodies the brand essence of Accor Asia Pacific Hotels and creates an immersive space located at 1 Bligh Street in the center of Sydney CBD. It breaks the boundaries of traditional office design and creates an exciting and dynamic atmosphere. Accor’s office spaces showcase a dynamic interplay of curves, angles and patterns that inject rhythm and life into the environment. Meticulous design and interpretation of the brand’s core values demonstrate an innovative and transformative approach to interior design.

The design concept of this project is derived from the warmth and luxury of the hotel lobby, creating a space that imitates a “heart starter”. The journey begins on the ground floor and builds anticipation as guests ascend to the 23rd floor, creating a unique experience of spatial rhythm. The spatial circulation starts from the private collaboration rest area and gradually extends to the conference room and quiet area for focused work. The surrounding environment stimulates work efficiency and vitality, forming a vibrant working atmosphere.

The office design breaks through the traditional desk model and uses intentional design and layout to showcase Accor’s passionate culture. Open spaces welcome employees, families, vendors and customers to enjoy an inclusive environment. This design concept embraces the changing nature of work and promotes a sense of community and belonging. With Accor’s local participation, Alkimi Studio also cooperates with local artists and uses local materials and textiles to strengthen the connection with regional culture.

Alkimi’s design is inspired by the concept of “pulse”, connecting each design element with “heart”, reflecting Accor’s “Heartist” culture, combining humanity and artistry to form a strong cohesion of the brand. The heart-shaped plan of 1 Bligh Street surrounds open circulation routes and bright light wells, further enhancing the character of the design.

This versatile space features a central town hall and is suitable for individual work, large gatherings and presentations. “Atelier” is an interactive standing space designed for customer testing and presentation. The kitchen space is divided into three areas for washing, cooking and storage to enhance functionality. The boardroom is designed to be flexible, with space for informal gatherings, and is equipped with a small refrigerator and catering facilities for added convenience.

Alkimi Studio cleverly made use of the two internal balconies on the floor and transformed them into “outdoor rest spaces”, equipped with comfortable low seats, curved woodwork and living green plants, creating an atmosphere of privacy and injecting diverse elements into the office environment. experience. This innovative design concept brings new and transformative results to the workspace.

While the building’s oval shape might have been seen as a challenge, the design team managed to turn it into an opportunity to enhance the concept and dynamism. Budget constraints instead inspired creativity, with feature plasterboard partitions and carefully designed lighting creating distinct areas that added to the appeal of the ceiling design. In the selection of materials and furniture, Alkimi Studio follows Accor’s requirements and gives priority to brand suppliers that comply with design principles.

Like other projects, Alkimi Studio emphasizes sustainability. The lighting of the basic building is kept as it is, and environmentally friendly lighting and sculptural ceiling details are incorporated to enhance the quality of the space. The project uses repurposed furniture and low-VOC paints to improve indoor air quality. Living green plants have become an important element in the workplace, creating a healthy environment and improving employee satisfaction and productivity.

辦公室設計突破傳統辦公桌模式，運用有意的設計與佈局，展現雅高的熱情文化。開放空間歡迎員工、家人、供應商和客戶，共同享受這個包容的環境。這一設計理念擁抱了不斷變化的工作特性，促進社區與歸屬感。在雅高的本地參與下，Alkimi Studio 更與本地藝術家合作，選用在地材料與紡織品，強化地域文化的聯結。

Alkimi 的設計靈感來自「脈衝」概念，將每個設計元素與「心」聯繫起來，體現雅高的「Heartist」文化，結合人性化與藝術性，形成品牌的強大凝聚力。布萊街 1 號心形平面圍繞著開放的交通流線和明亮的採光井，進一步加強了設計的特色。

此多功能空間設有中央市政廳，適合個人工作、大型聚會和展示。「Atelier」是一個互動站立空間，專為客戶測試和展示設計。廚房空間分為清洗、烹飪和儲存三個區域，以提升功能性。董事會會議室設計靈活，具備非正式聚會空間，並配備小型冰箱和餐飲設施，提升便捷性。
