Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab was envisioned not as a standalone destination, but as the final chapter in a trilogy of architectural icons along Dubai’s coastline. Following the wave of Jumeirah Beach Hotel and the sail silhouette of Jumeirah Burj Al Arab, the project offered a unique opportunity to complete the composition with a form that reflects Dubai’s continued evolution. The brief called for the creation of a world-class hospitality and lifestyle destination that redefines luxury at every scale.

The hotel comprises 386 guestrooms and suites, including four signature super penthouses, alongside 82 branded hotel residences, each offering uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf. Anchored on a private peninsula, the site also features 82 berths accommodating yachts of up to 61 meters, with full-service facilities for luxury seafarers. From the outset, it was emphasised that there was a need for architectural distinction paired with contextual sensitivity. Our approach was to create a built form that felt sculpted.

Our inspiration came from the elegance and fluidity of a luxury superyacht at sea. The idea was to create something that had the same sense of being in the water through curvatures, almost like a yacht heading out to sea. Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is the first Jumeirah property to extend out into the sea, surrounded by expansive resort landscaping, with the Jumeirah Burj Al Arab to the west and a superyacht marina to the east. It responds not just to its immediate surroundings but to the entire evolution of Jumeirah beachfront hospitality offerings.

卓美亞瑪莎阿拉布飯店的設計初衷並非打造一處獨立存在的目的地，而是作為杜拜海岸線三座標誌性建築的完美收官之作。繼卓美亞海灘酒店的波浪造型與卓美亞帆船酒店的帆船意象之後，本案提供了一個難得的契機，以一座能夠體現杜拜持續蛻變與前瞻精神的建築形式，為整體系列畫下圓滿句點。其設計目標在於塑造一處世界級的飯店與生活風格地標，從空間、服務到體驗層層深化，重新詮釋奢華的定義。

飯店共設有386間客房與套房，其中包含四間極具象徵意義的超級頂層公寓，以及82套品牌飯店式公寓，皆可將阿拉伯灣的壯麗景緻盡收眼底。建築座落於一座私人半島之上，配備82個可停泊最長達61公尺遊艇的泊位，並提供完整而尊榮的碼頭服務，滿足高端航海生活的需求。從設計之初，團隊即強調建築本身的鮮明個性必須與周遭環境的尊重與和諧並行，致力於打造一座宛如藝術雕塑般精緻、純粹而富有力量感的建築作品。

設計靈感源自海上豪華超級遊艇的優雅姿態與流暢線條，透過大量曲線語彙，形塑出如同遊艇破浪前行、自在穿梭於海面之上的動感意象。卓美亞瑪莎阿拉布飯店亦是卓美亞集團旗下首座延伸入海的飯店建築，四周環繞著開闊而層次豐富的度假景觀，西側銜接卓美亞帆船酒店，東側緊鄰超級遊艇碼頭，使整體空間形成連續而壯闊的濱海風貌。其設計不僅與周邊地標建築相互呼應，更順應卓美亞海濱飯店產業的發展脈絡，展現出兼具時代精神與永恆優雅的建築氣質。
