設計獎項新訊 │ 新加坡-Dusk&The Mirabilis Bar @Mount Faber Peak 花柏山Dusk餐廳與紫茉莉酒吧

Dusk & The Mirabilis Bar @ Mount Faber Peak is located at the pinnacle of Mount Faber Park. Our client tasked the design team to amplify the popularity of hilltop dining destination – Dusk Restaurant & Bar through the introduction adjective of ‘Iconic Bar.’

Such initiation would come with a brand-new look and feel to the premise (with its stunning seafront and city view) for both the dining and cocktail experience. It is paramount to showcase an expanded professional kitchen with an elevated menu and develop an exclusive hilltop Cigar Room.

We studied the space and innovatively carve from scratch 2 focal sections to spotlight the dine and lounge – hence the birth of Dusk and The Mirabilis Bar. Leading from the project location nestled in the National Park of Mount Faber, our team took repeated nature study trips to bathe and identify the DNA of Mount Faber and discovering The Mirabilis Jalapa. The said species is a cluster of fragrant flowers that blooms in the afternoon (hence the four o’clock common name) and have a strong, sweet-smelling fragrance which remains open until the following morning. Blooming over an incredibly long season and they attract hummingbirds and butterflies. The ’Four O’clock’ flower also coincides with the opening time of the current restaurant & bar, which fitted perfectly. With the core elements unlocked, we set upon ourselves to create two sculptural floral pieces (inspired by Mirabilis Jalapa) to serve as the beacon of destination dining. Through the entire space planning, we also established point to point connectivity of convenience with a canopy walkway to the washrooms, combined sheltered and radiant alfresco dining with a semi enclosed open bar and iconic outdoor bar for guests to frolic in different moods.

Entering to the new Mirabilis bar @ Mount Faber Peak is via the left stairways where the evenings Bloom and Cocktails Flow. A breathtaking 5-metre floral centerpieces takes the Centre stage at the bar and when illuminated, it is set for the perfect Instagram moment and adding to the unique ambience. Indulge in floral-infused cocktails and delectable bar bites while basking in one of Singapore’s most stunning sunset views. Hidden at a corner is a Cigar Room for customers to enjoy a more private enclosure and light entertainment.

Segregated by a ramp up space, on the right we have Dusk Restaurant coming from the lift or stairways. One would be greeted with a floral-patterned ceiling to welcome for some photographic experience. Stepping into the main dining, you would be impressed with the heighten space where we raised the overall space by 600mm from the existing structure. The ceiling is also treated with a floral motif to emphasize the garden feel where you could wine and Dine with the Best Sunset Views. You can Immerse yourself in the breathtaking sunset within a cozy alfresco ambience, and delight in specially crafted Modern European settings with Asian influence.

Dusk & The Mirabilis Bar 位於花柏山國家公園之巔。我們的客戶委託設計團隊透過引入「標誌性酒吧」這個形容詞，提升這家山頂餐飲勝地——Dusk 餐廳及酒吧的知名度。

這項規劃將為坐擁壯麗海景與城市天際線的餐廳注入嶄新的視覺與聽覺體驗，無論是用餐或小酌雞尾酒，都煥然一新。我們著力擴建專業廚房，提升出餐效率與精緻度，同步升級菜單內容，並打造專屬的山頂雪茄室，為整體體驗增添層次與深度。

團隊從零開始重新梳理空間動線，創新打造兩大核心場域，分別聚焦用餐與休憩氛圍，Dusk 與 The Mirabilis Bar 因此誕生。計畫選址於花柏山國家公園內，經多次實地踏查與自然研究後，我們從當地風貌中汲取靈感，發現了 Mirabilis Jalapa（紫茉莉）。這種花於午後綻放，散發濃郁甜美的香氣，花期可延續至翌日清晨，並吸引蜂鳥與蝴蝶駐足；其盛放時段恰與餐廳酒吧的營運時間相呼應，形成自然與場域的巧妙連結。確立核心意象後，我們設計了兩件雕塑般的花卉裝置作為視覺焦點，靈感源自紫茉莉，成為整體空間的標誌性景觀。同時優化動線配置，打造流暢連通的室內外通道，包括通往洗手間的頂棚走廊；並將遮蔭與日照兼具的露天用餐區、半開放式酒吧與標誌性戶外吧台有機整合，讓賓客在多變氛圍中自由切換。

前往山頂的全新紫茉莉酒吧，可由左側階梯拾級而上，沉浸於夜色中花朵綻放與雞尾酒流轉交織的感官體驗。酒吧中央矗立著高達五米的花卉藝術裝置，燈光點亮時更顯震撼，成為極具辨識度的拍照亮點。賓客可一邊品味帶有花香層次的調酒與精緻小點，一邊欣賞迷人的日落景致。酒吧一隅亦設有隱密的雪茄室，提供更私密且從容的休憩空間。

由電梯或樓梯進入後，沿右側坡道可抵達 Dusk 餐廳。入口處以花卉圖騰天花板迎賓，營造鮮明的視覺記憶。步入主餐廳，抬升600毫米的空間高度帶來開闊感受，搭配同樣以花卉為靈感的天花設計，形塑如花園般的沉浸式氛圍。賓客可在舒適的戶外環境中，一邊欣賞壯麗日落，一邊品味融合亞洲風味的現代歐式料理，感受精心鋪陳的餐飲與場域體驗。
