北京麗澤大廈：DNA雙螺旋結構，舞動世界最高中庭！
中國經濟發展至今，不只帶來了繁榮的生活水平，各座城市裡極具特色的商業大樓拔地而起。北京，作為中國的首都，更致力於全球先進發展，不只商業區內大樓林立，更不斷開發新的商業區域，造就城市多樣化的面貌，去年11月由Soho China與Zaha Hadid建築事務所合作帶來的麗澤SOHO，更透過壯觀的建築景觀再度改變當地的天際線。

全球最高中庭座落於北京麗澤金融商務區，麗澤SOHO處於北京地鐵14和16號線交會之處，銜接麗澤路、駱駝灣東路的巴士運輸網，絕佳的地理位置帶動北京未來城市發展。帕特里克舒馬赫曾在訪問中說道：「新的商業區是北京多式聯運城市計劃不可或缺的部分，以適應增長而又不影響市中心的現有基礎設施網絡。」佔地172,800平方公尺，從競圖公布後，麗澤SOHO設計圖即隨著現場施工情況不斷調整。從外部看來，整座大樓猶如華麗的玻璃藝術品，而中庭通透的設計更使其獲得全球最高中庭設計美名。看似通透明亮的外牆，由4000多塊異形單元體玻璃構成外立面，其工程精密的程度，再度於不盡相同的每塊玻璃、每個夾角角度的顯現；夜晚的麗澤SOHO，則呈現如同「夜空之眼」的意象，其雙塔外幕牆採用深灰色的中空玻璃，而中庭外幕牆則採用超白玻璃，透過燈光投射使其如同明亮的眼睛。

From the outside, the entire building looks like a gorgeous glass artwork, and the transparent design of the atrium has earned it the reputation of being the world’s highest atrium design. The seemingly transparent and bright exterior wall is made up of more than 4000 special-shaped unit glass. The degree of engineering precision is once again reflected in every piece of glass and every angle angle; Lize SOHO at night , Presents an image like “eyes in the night sky”. The outer curtain wall of the twin towers is made of dark gray hollow glass, while the outer curtain wall of the atrium is made of ultra-white glass, which is projected by light to make it look like bright eyes.
中庭如正在漫舞的旋轉交織畫面，設計靈感來自DNA雙螺旋結構，設計團隊巧妙將麗澤SOHO設計為兩個流線形單塔結構。令人讚嘆的是，隨著塔樓的高度增加，由地鐵隧道貫穿現場的斜對角軸也重新對齊，藉由將中庭扭轉為45度角，使中庭較高樓層的方向對準北京西區要道之一的麗澤路東西向軸，形成美麗的螺旋體結構。塔樓內的所有空間，更因扭曲的姿態而帶來不同視野景觀，透過主塔畫面創造一處與城市交通網絡直接相連的全新城市空間，並且建立起如自然之美的有機秩序和優雅感。
The atrium is like a dancing rotating and intertwined picture. The design is inspired by the DNA double helix structure. The design team cleverly designed Lize SOHO as two streamlined single tower structures. What is amazing is that as the height of the tower increases, the diagonal axis that runs through the site by the subway tunnel is also realigned. By twisting the atrium to a 45-degree angle, the direction of the higher floors of the atrium is aligned with the main roads in the west of Beijing. One of the east-west axis of Lize Road forms a beautiful spiral structure. All the spaces in the tower have different perspectives due to the distorted posture. Through the main tower picture, a new urban space directly connected to the urban transportation network is created, and an organic order and elegance like the beauty of nature are established.
