劉榮祿國際空間設計-劉榮祿
真正的奢華，是精神的共鳴。會所作爲社區的 “精神客廳”，設計初始便聚焦于如何構建一個能够承載雙重文化屬性的場所 —— 既延續東方美學的靜深意蘊，又滿足當代精英群體對頂奢生活方式與人文滋養的雙重訴求。
整座會所以 “水” 爲媒介，延續 “雲水間” 的流動設計哲學。室內外水景貫通，建築如有機生命體般呼吸共生。
設計師以宋韵爲底色，提煉 “綺麗”、“優雅”、“精緻” 三大關鍵詞，以 “風景交互” 爲設計靈感，讓會所與超 9 米垂直山水庭院對視，通過大面玻璃幕墻與貫通式水景設計，營造出一種 “踏水行歌 入畫游雲” 的超現實詩境。
會所二樓的【空中私宴廳】，延續如院餐廳的米其林基因幷實現理念升級。以 “自然爲骨，文化作衣”，重構宋代宴飲中 “食、景、情” 交融的意趣。
負二層的【約 6 米挑高恒溫泳池】，以 “無界劇場” 爲概念，對望山水中庭，業主每一次沐泳，都能實現 “人在畫中游” 的沉浸體驗。
負一層藝術雅集場域，以留白手法融匯藕花洲、宋瓷、青玉等文化元素，結合宋式家具比例與當代藝術陳設，構建一個可展可沙龍的思想交匯平臺。正如宋人雅集，這裏亦是審美共識者相知相契的精神領地。
True luxury lies in spiritual resonance. As the “spiritual living room” of the community, the clubhouse has been designed from the outset to focus on building a space that embodies dual cultural attributes—it not only carries the profound tranquility of Oriental aesthetics but also satisfies the contemporary elite’s dual pursuit of ultra-luxury lifestyle and cultural nourishment.
Throughout the clubhouse, water serves as the core medium, continuing the fluid design philosophy of “Between Clouds and Water”. With seamless indoor-outdoor water landscapes running through, the architecture breathes and coexists like an organic living entity.
Rooted in the elegance of the Song Dynasty, the designers distill three key essences: exquisiteness, grace, and refinement. Inspired by “scenic interaction”, the clubhouse overlooks a vertical landscape courtyard over 9 meters high. Through floor-to-ceiling glass curtain walls and interconnected water features, it creates a surreal poetic realm where one feels “treading water in song, wandering amid clouds and paintings”.
On the second floor, the Sky Private Dining Hall inherits and elevates the Michelin-starred philosophy of the Ruyuan Restaurant. Embracing “nature as the structure, culture as the finish”, it reinterprets the integrated charm of “cuisine, scenery, and sentiment” featured in the banquets of the Song Dynasty.
On the basement second floor, the 6-meter-high constant-temperature swimming pool is conceived as an Infinite Theater, facing the central landscape courtyard. Every swim offers residents an immersive experience of “roaming within a landscape painting”.
The basement first floor features an art salon zone, crafted with minimalist “negative space” design and infused with cultural elements such as lotus ponds, Song Dynasty porcelain, and sapphire. Blending the proportions of Song-style furniture with contemporary art installations, it forms a versatile platform for exhibitions and salons—a spiritual realm where like-minded connoisseurs connect and resonate, just as the elegant gatherings of Song scholars once were.
