元衡設計- 朱妤榆

此案為福斯影業在台之企業總部，此商業空間規劃設計在歷經國際性競圖後，由元衡設計承辦此案。整體空間以回字型作空間配置，加強動線流暢度與機能性，內部空間規劃以門廳為首，中間區域為會議空間、左側為影音放映室，另設置多個主管辦公室與辦公場域、入口內側為專屬福斯影業的展示廊道。整體空間設計呈現高度企業識別性，並具獨特影視產業特質。

為呼應福斯本業──電影，整體空間便以電影拍攝物件，貫穿全場。入口接待區前方檯面與後方牆面，在視覺上化整為電影場記板，再將門廳天頂照明飾以三十五毫米電影底片造型，輪盤外圈膠卷自然揚起，宛若凝凍電影開拍的瞬時當下，順場飛揚的底片，接續帶出貫穿空間牆面的巨幅電影膠卷，上下飾有底片齒孔，並將影格特製為實際電影海報尺寸，供業主隨時更新上檔強片，現場導演與時俱進的福斯電影。

各區間廊道與過場更以膠卷之柔性線條串聯，行於其間宛如漫步電影畫格，齊萬物為一，境中灑落。內部規劃一電影放映室模擬電影院規格設置，漸層的間接照明更添氣氛。辦公空間採軌道燈照明與清玻璃隔間，天花面以裸露呈現，以低彩度及木質為整體營造溫潤質感，將工業風帶入空間之中，融入卡通主角於隔間面上，活潑童趣，更顯電影主題從入口處及至工作區貫串全室。

This project is the enterprise headquarters for Fox Film in Taiwan, and Wood Block Interior is the undertaker for this commercial spatial planning design project after undergoing an international design competition.

The double-square spatial arrangement is applied to the overall space to enhance dynamic circulation and function. Its internal spatial planning starts with the foyer, with the middle section serving as the meeting space and the left side serving as the audio-visual room.

There are also several supervisor offices and office areas, while the interior of the entrance is the exclusive display corridor for Film.

The overall spatial design demonstrates a high level, as well as the unique movie industry characteristics. In pursuit of honoring Film’ roots – movies – the overall space is filled with movie shooting objects throughout the entire venue.

The front desk and rear wall of the entrance reception area is transformed into a clapperboard, while the lighting on the ceiling of the foyer is in the shape of 35mm film negative, where the outer film of the reel naturally rises, resembling the frozen moment of the start of the film.

The flying negative along the venue is connected to the gigantic film strip on the wall, with perforations on the top and the bottom, whereas the film negative frames are specially made into the size of real movie posters. This allows the proprietor to update the new blockbuster movies, thereby directing Fox movies to adapt to the latest trends.

The corridors and transitions of the various areas are further connected by the gentle contours of the filmstrips, such that walking along will feel like strolling amongst movie frames, making all the light shine across the space.

The interior was planned with a movie screening room to simulate cinema spec arrangements, where the gradated indirect illumination further enhanced the atmosphere.

The office space adopted track lighting and clear glass compartments, while the ceiling is exposed, and low saturation colors together with wooden quality are used to create a warm texture for the overall space.

Industrial trends are introduced into the space, with the blending of lively and fun cartoon characters on the compartments, which further demonstrates the application of movie themes throughout the entire space starting from the entrance to the work area.
