本案「以人為本」，在公領域的規劃著重在家庭成員間的相聚與互動，而私領域則著重於家庭成員各自的喜好做擘劃。整體融合北歐風與現代風作為空間主軸，並分別以北歐風塑造公領域的溫馨浪漫；現代風打造私人空間的細膩質感，以此為居者築構出心目中的理想住宅風貌。

甫入屋內，以純粹的淺色調結合多種材質肌理，形塑出富含層次與溫度的空間氛圍。為了讓全家人擁有寬敞的共享空間，設計師特地將客廳與用餐區做整合，以提供業主一家能在此互動交流、凝聚情感。同時透過典雅大方的軟裝配置，為場域營造溫馨愜意的氛圍。另外，在用餐區與廚房的銜接處以玻璃拉門作為界定，將拉門闔上時，可有效減少油煙逸散的問題。拾級而上，通往至私領域的臥室空間，設計師依循居者的個人喜好並以現代風進行場域的擘劃。主臥室以灰黑色調作為空間主色，營造出內斂的格調與品味；另外兩間次臥則以淺色調搭配木質調，塑造出柔和舒適的氛圍調性，提供居者合乎心意的休憩空間。

本案不僅將北歐風與現代風完美揉合進住宅空間，更導入了環保的元素。首先，在公領域及私領域皆設有對外窗，讓使用者在白天可減少對人工照明的需求。同時，搭配低耗能、高功率的LED燈具，大幅降低能源消耗，達到節能減碳的效果。其次，選用具備永續性的環保木材與低VOC塗料，有效減少對環境的衝擊。藉此，在營造溫馨浪漫之居家氛圍的同時，還能為居者提供健康、舒適的居住空間。

This project is “people-oriented”, and regarding the shared living area, the designer concentrates on the gathering and interaction among family members. In contrast, the private area focuses on the individual preferences of family members. The whole project integrates Scandinavian and modern styles as the main axis of space. The designer has planned a Scandinavian style to deliver the warmth and romance of the shared living area and a modern style to create the delicate texture of the private space to construct the ideal residential style for the residents.

When entering the house, one will see that the pure light colors combined with various materials and textures create a space atmosphere rich in layers and temperature. To provide a spacious space for the whole family to share, the designer cleverly integrated the living room with the dining area so that the family can interact and gather emotions. At the same time, the elegant and generous soft furnishings create a warm and cozy atmosphere for the space. In addition, the interface between the dining area and the kitchen is defined by a glass sliding door, which can effectively reduce the problem of grease and smoke escaping when the door is closed. The designer follows the personal preference of the residents and uses a modern style to plan the space. The master bedroom is colored in gray and black to create an introverted style and taste. In contrast, the other two bedrooms are colored in lighter tones with wood to create a soft and comfortable atmosphere and provide the residents with a relaxing space to their preference.

This project seamlessly blends Scandinavian and modern styles while prioritizing environmental protection. To achieve this, external windows are installed in both public and private areas, allowing for natural light to reduce the need for artificial lighting during the day. Using low-power-consuming and highly-efficient LED lighting reduces energy consumption, resulting in energy savings and a lower carbon footprint. Sustainable and eco-friendly woods and low VOC paints are also chosen to minimize environmental impact. This creates a cozy and romantic home environment while providing residents with a healthy and comfortable living space.
