本案位於深圳市福田區金地一路，地段繁華，環境適宜。現代人的生活情結在空間中得以展示出來，不同的空間帶來的是不同的生活品質和生活氛圍，人們希望藉由空間這種外在的物質形態給生活帶來看不見的、內在的精神。空間的精神如同月亮之於夜空。因有精神，而凸顯出空間的美好情懷。

設計師在入口處以室外大面積的水景，企圖化解周遭環境的繁雜，而使業主們在被抽離的境遇中感受到禪意和靜謐的氛圍，這種洗練而大氣的造景，無疑是極度出彩的。它以一種成熟而收斂的方式從大環境中抽離出來，使整個空間立於紛繁，而靜於內心。

整個大廳區域與洽談區結合起來，一條長桌貫穿整個空間，以其巨大的儀式感，昇華了整個空間的氣場，使人們在空曠靜謐的空間中，感受到敬意和尊重。同時大廳高層的挑高，淺木色格柵與白色亞克力嵌入其中，在牆面上所形成的巨大體量感，以及垂掛於大廳中心的水晶掛飾與精緻的黑色塘池，相互呼應，猶如清泉之水天上來，寓以聚財之意。

在沙盤區域，同樣延伸了木色的元素，同時壓低了層高，使整個空間的氣場更加的收斂、聚合，而使客戶在觀看沙盤時有一個更加溫馨的氛圍。

在VIP洽談區域，於細節上更加的講究，並配置了掛畫，強化了整個空間的文化性，座椅家私​​的選擇也更具人性化和設計感。

在辦公區域，這種禪意和靜謐的氛圍同樣得以體現，開放式的設置，兼具娛樂、辦公、休閒、洽談於一體的工作空間，無不體現了設計師前衛的完美主義立場。

整個空間設計，與材質、與光影、與倫理、與空間氣場的收放聚散，都頗具大師手筆，不著一處，不留一痕，而將禪意和靜謐的內核揮灑得盡致淋漓。

The designer uses much waterscape on the entrance of the building, aiming to release the noisy of surrounding environment. As different living space bring us different live quality and living atmosphere. The unique design could help people release their pressure and get the tranquility. There is no doubt that the polished and decent landscaping is extremely brilliant. It’s showed through a mature and quiet way.

The hall is linked with the negotiation area, a long table through the whole space, within is a strong sense of ritual, which has sublimated the whole space aura. So that people in the quiet area could feel be respected. The loft living style with the shadow wooden grating and White acrylic has achieved the awesome visual effect. In addition, the crystal hanging decorations and exquisite black pond have perfectly integrated. In traditional Chinese Geomancy Study, it means accumulation of fortune.

In land table area, wooden element also has been adopted. Furthermore, lower the height of floor so as to the whole space is much compact, bringing the warm atmosphere for our customers.

In VIP negotiation area, much attention is paid to the details. Configuration of painting has strengthened the cultural atmosphere of the whole space. The selection of seat and other furniture also shows humanization and the sense of designing.

In working area, the open settlement, the comprehensive combination of recreation, relaxation, business, negotiation, which is strongly showed the designer’s Perfectionism.

The whole space design, the flexibility of usage on material, light, shadow, as well as space aura, all of which strongly demonstrated the zen style and a sense of serenity. No extravagant decoration, but concise and delicate.
