新竹美麗華建設-東京中城本位於新竹市關新路上、日光公園景觀第一排，是一個擁有絕佳景觀與綠地植栽的社區新廈。在廣裘的基地內，設計師希望創造一個沒有視覺阻隔的穿透感，因此，在戶外景觀的營造上，透過大量水池、渠道的配置，營造出護城河的概念，一方面除了呼應市中心內歷史悠久的東門護城河外，另一方面也藉由水域，為社區的內外關係作一個隱喻性的界定。受限於社區本身與周遭建築物的高度，中庭部分日照受限，故中庭不以大量植栽為主體，而是藉由水渠、過廊與草坪的錯落配置，營造空間趣味。

Hsinchu Miramar Construction-Tokyo Midtown is located on Guanxin Road, Hsinchu City, on the first row of the Sunlight Park landscape. Limited by the height of the community itself and the surrounding buildings, part of the atrium has limited sunlight. Therefore, the atrium does not have a large number of plants as the main body, but uses the staggered arrangement of canals, corridors and lawns to create a sense of space.
