Located in a picturesque mountainous area, this stunning four-story vacation villa has been meticulously designed to capture the breathtaking natural surroundings. The architectural layout features large landscape windows in every section, allowing the warm sunshine and lush mountain views to flood the interior spaces without any hindrance. Inspired by the Japanese concept of simplicity and Zen, the design integrates elements of Kyoto gardening, creating a private garden that transports residents to the serene and ancient landscapes of Kyoto. Incorporating Japanese cypress, the home also boasts a beautifully crafted Japanese-style bathhouse, adding an air of elegance and providing a tranquil retreat where homeowners can unwind and soak in the beauty of life after a hectic day.

Upon entering the foyer, one will be greeted by a stunning marble herringbone patterned floor, designed not only for aesthetic appeal but also for safety with its seamless, trip-proof design. As you move into the living room, you’ll be captivated by the masterful use of glass and iron pieces that form an enchanting mountain vista, perfectly mirroring the breathtaking mountain scenery visible through the window. The dining area features a center island design and a spacious dining table, creating an inviting and organized space for gathering with friends and family. Ample storage and display space is provided by the open dining cabinet, while the kitchen boasts a clever sliding door design that effectively partitions the area and prevents grease and smoke from spreading. Upstairs, a bright banquet room awaits, complemented by a striking rusted iron themed wall that cleverly conceals storage, a sink, a refrigerator, and a wine cellar, optimizing space while adding a touch of visual intrigue. In addition, the project includes Japanese-style yukatas for the master bedroom and the semi-outdoor area on the top floor, both equipped with high-grade FRP hot spring filtration equipment, delivering a lavish and rejuvenating bathing experience. Through the windows, residents can immerse themselves in the idyllic views, evoking the serene ambience of ancient Kyoto, making it feel as if they are relaxing in a traditional hot spring.

The design of the villa not only focuses on creating a visually stunning and functional space, but also places great emphasis on promoting environmental sustainability. The extensive green planting in the garden serves a dual purpose by not only enhancing the aesthetics but also playing a vital role in purifying the air and mitigating the urban heat island effect. Moreover, the choice of materials such as green gypsum bricks, timber, and high-grade floor tiles not only prioritizes health and durability but also minimizes the need for replacements, thereby reducing resource wastage. Furthermore, the incorporation of air-conditioning equipment with environmental protection and energy-saving labels ensures a significant reduction in power consumption. Lastly, the design maximizes natural light penetration through large floor-to-ceiling windows, effectively reducing the dependence on artificial lighting and contributing to overall energy conservation and carbon emission reduction.
