水色澄碧、波光粼粼的碧潭流水，穩穩流於大山綠樹與住宅建築之間。剛柔並濟的設計風格，將如此寧靜的山水風景揉於居家空間。採用原始石材與木料，呼應山川風光與雋永人文。實木調節空間濕氣、大片玻璃窗引進暖陽，照耀、穿透於開放式的公共空間，更點亮了簡潔典雅的私人領域。碧潭的陽光、空氣、水，自然地流竄於家中，照護年輕新婚夫妻的平靜生活。

即將迎來新生兒的夫妻，因平時工作壓力大，期望設計能提供一沉穩寧靜、舒適安全的居家環境。以木質大地色系鋪陳出溫潤，石材灰冷色調開闊出方正，配上些許的金屬鑲邊修飾，用線條框畫出領域。以材質和紋理來營造環境氛圍與主人品味。調性溫和、包容性強的設計風格，藉由連續面設計，將不同的空間合而為一。書房的玻璃隔間，讓沒有窗戶的客餐廳，也能享有陽光照射下的溫暖明亮。壯闊的大理石紋，搭配細膩的深色胡桃木，穩重有溫度的居家空間油然而生。

開放式的設計促進了人與人之間的交流，即使在不同場域之間也能有效產生互動連接。書房的玻璃拉門，模糊了空間的界線，提升了空間的連續感。隱約中，電視牆、天花板、餐廳壁面的凹槽設計，定義出空間的劃分，也滿足生活上的收納需求。

巧妙設計不刻意強調空間區分，卻仍留有各場域感。讓空間推動交流，將外界環境引入居家生活，人與都市、自然，無意識地融合於一。

The turquoise green and glimmering streams of Bitan gently flow down between mountains and the riverbank buildings. A design blending strength with gentleness, introduces the tranquility of the mountain-river scenery into the living space. Applying natural stones and woods in the design to echo the beautiful sights and the timeless beauty of humanity. The use of wood regulates the humidity in the room. While the warm sunshine falls in through big windows, it travels in the open space and lights up the elegant private area. Sunlight, air, and water of Bitan naturally flows around the house, taking care of the young, newly-married couple’s peaceful life.

A couple, waiting for a newborn to come, has loads of pressure on the shoulder at work; therefore, the ideal design they wish for is a place that offers steadiness, tranquility, comfort and safety.  The earthy tones of the wooden materials pave a room of gentleness, while the use of stones and colors of grey-silver palette on the walls opens up a spacious room of firmness. With a bit of metal embellishment as decoration, the embedded lines frame out each area. The different materials and their patterns build up the atmosphere to the owner’s taste. A gentle and inclusive design style uses the feature of continuity to combine different spaces into one. The glass partition of the study room allows sunshine to light up the living room without windows. Grand patterns of marbles and the exquisite dark walnut wood contribute to a naturally well-balanced and warm living space.

The design of an open space boosts interaction and communication between residents, which helps them connect even if they are in different areas of the house. The glass sliding doors of the study room blur the boundaries of the spaces, improving spatial continuity. The recessed areas on the ceilings and walls not only offer more storage space but also help define the division of spaces.

Without emphasizing on the division of different functional spaces, the ingenious design still allows each place to keep its atmosphere and functionality as it should be. A good design organically promotes interactions between residents and the environment, introducing the outside world into everyday life.
