元衡設計－朱妤榆

此住宅設計規劃案，透過體現古典風格空間，承載居住者的感知知覺，表達空間之中的時間感。整體以灰階為主的低彩度的場域裡，設計者運用畫作與傢飾色澤的排列組合，定義關於空間氛圍與場域的拿捏，虛實的空間對應從空間延伸到線面表現，場域界定明確精準，又拿除實質的空間屏隔，深富巧思。運用輕盈、沉穩的對比與人文調性的定調做為空間的導讀，以色彩及質感具分量的沙發座，定義空間場域。沉重與輕柔對比感覺框塑了內斂低調的特質。以簡約俐落為空間定調，而陳設、質材、燈光之下再輔以大量的留白背景，彰顯點綴其間的少量色彩，優雅的形、色給予場域適當的包覆張力。

空間利用開放通透材質介面做多重面向的延伸，整體藉由低彩度的統合，適當融入溫潤木質調性。擁有高級亮澤感的石材、玻璃材質等，搭配價格不匪的古典風格家具闡述現代古典富質感的風格，落地大理石面帶入溫潤，空間透過沙發座界定，讓客廳、餐廳主要開放空間做出區隔。幾何線條的現代畫作與燈飾，繪製餐廳簡潔俐落的場域氛圍，特殊圓環的吊燈，如同鑽石閃爍華麗，僅以天花面內縮無隔間的介面設定，讓光線與視角得以交流互通，整體表述豪宅磅礡氣勢。

私領域以天然木作、微暖色調主要場域基調，並賦予實用的動線規劃，打造出舒適唯美，體現質感，主臥斜角造型搭配燈光效果讓立體感更顯著。透過繃布、壁紙、木作等多種媒材的融合運用，表達在都會環境中不同風格的休憩領域，圍塑人文與都會精神的空間本質與範疇。

Through the realization of classic style space, the designing project of this residence carries the perception of the dweller to express the sense of time among space.
In this overall grayish low saturation space, the designer utilized the combination of paintings and furniture colors to define the balance between spatial atmosphere and the space itself.
This space mixed with virtual and reality corresponds with spatial extension to linear performance, in which the segments between spaces are accurately defined, while substantial physical barriers are being removed.
What a genius design.
Utilizing the comparison of slim and calm and humanitarian tone as the introduction to this place, sofas with color and texture volumes are used to define different spaces of this place.
The comparison of calm and slim defined its undertone and low profile attributes. Defining space with simplicity, many blank backgrounds were used to supplement the decoration, materials and lighting of this place, thus emphasizing the small amount of colors dotted within. Its elegant appearance and colors provides us with an appropriate coated tension for this place.

This space utilized open and transparent materials and interfaces as multi-perspective extensions.
As a whole, the integration of low color saturation mends with the moderate tone of the wood.
With stone materials and glass materials that are highly glamorous, along with expensive classic furniture that illiterates the well-textured modern and classic style, ceiling marbles are used to introduce mildness.

The space is then sorted through the use of sofas to segment major open spaces like the living room and the dining room. Modern paintings and lightings with geometric lines illustrate the simple atmosphere of this place.

Chandelier with unique orbs is as sparkling as diamonds. The segment-free interface of the ceiling enables lights to interact and connect with visions, thus presenting the magnificence of this beautiful residence as a whole. As for private sectors of the place, they were designed with natural wooden materials and based on a mildly warm color tone. Practical flow design was added to create a comfortable and beautiful place while demonstrating its quality.

Coordinating the slope angle design of the master bedroom with lighting effects, it looks more three-dimensional. With the integration and application of various media like fabric, wallpapers, wood crafts and others, they express different styles of recreational fields in this metropolitan environment, which shapes the spatial essence and category of humanitarian and metropolitan spirits.
