欣磐石設計－羅仕哲

伴隨快速的人口成長與都市擴張，在都會核心區外圍，新興的重劃區域正蓬勃快速的發展，筆直寬闊的道路系統、完善的都市公共建設，造就新興住宅華廈櫛比鱗次地出現，無形中，亦成為引領室內設計發展的絕佳場域。本案即是位處台中七期重劃區西側的新建住宅大樓，透過嶄新的配置、風格呈現、材質與家具的混搭運用，以空間設計，為當代新生活美學畫下最好的詮釋。

以空間線條比例分割與室內燈光的不同運用為主軸，甫自入口處進入室內，由長形分割構築而成的白色壁櫃，即妥善地以雙面使用的設計，在錯開門廳與餐廳之餘，亦能有效的達到收納效果，錯落的實體面與玻璃材質，藉由視線與光線的穿梭，造就空間與空間的虛實變換。由客廳、餐廳與開放式廚房組成的公共場域，純淨、無瑕的白色空間內，以獨特深沉的靛色大樑貫穿其中，替室內增添了一絲穩重的質感。

「光」，作為設計的核心，設計師以風格古樸的金屬漆木桌取代客廳與餐廳間的牆面阻隔，形成兩種不同機能屬性空間的虛分界，營造出開放式的公共場域視野。同時，公共區塊內亦運用大量隱藏燈與崁燈，光線被巧妙地隱匿於牆縫間、裝置藝術內，配合特殊造型燈具的運用，營造出空間中的時尚氛圍。

材料的應用在本案亦有其獨到之處，牆面設計即透過避免油煙吸附的特殊工法施作，將大理石材運用於廚房內，營造出截然不同的空間氛圍，此外，廚房水槽亦以和緩的斜度，讓洗淨後的葉菜可自然將水分排除。這些往往在生活中被忽略的微小細節，透過設計師的巧思，讓空間在符合視覺美感體驗的同時，也能滿足真實的實用需要。

Following the expeditious growth of population and expansion of city, the emerging redevelopment zone is well-developed at booming speed. The straight and wide streets, and excellent urbane public transportation system, have become the stimulated factors constructing a number of new buildings for residency, the wonderful physical environment for increasing demands for the business of interior design. The residence, in this project, is built in a new building for residency located at the western area of the 7^th redevelopment zone in Taichung City, and the interior design for this project has made the best interpretation for modern aesthetics of life throughout the brand new configuration of space, presentation of style, and combination of construction materials and furniture.

On the basis of the different spatial scales and indoor lights, we will see a white wall cabinet designed by the idea of rectangular structures, which modestly distinguishes the space between the living room and dining room while functioning for storage in the meantime. The installation of interchanging solid and glass materials, with the effects from visual and sun lights, has created the alternation between dream and reality among spaces. In the public area, where is composed of the living room, dining room and open kitchen, the impeccable, pure and flawless white space has brought out a sense of composure with the specific indigo beam column. 

By using the idea of “lights,” the core concept of design, the designer has replaced the wall, between the living room and dining room, with the unsophisticated metallic painted wooden table, which ultimately becomes the intangible boundary between two distinguished spaces in different mechanisms, the design skill bringing into existence the unobstructed public area. In the public area, in the meantime, a number of indirect lightings and recessed lamps, with the applications of the specific stylish lamps, ingeniously conceal lights between walls and in installation arts, the brilliant design bringing into existence the contemporary fashioned atmosphere in the space.

The skill of material applications is one-of-a-kind, on which the marble stones that are prevented from oil adhesion, the applications creating distinctive spatial atmosphere. On top of that, the design of mild slope of the kitchen sink drains away water washing vegetables. The generally ignorant minute details, processed ingeniously from the designer, fill the space with visual aesthetics while meeting the practical demands in the meantime.
